Problem Description:
This bug is based on the bug 60990. Please refer to this bug and its
attachment.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attachment of bug 60990
2. Save it as a docx file and close it
3. Reopen the docx file and save it once more as a docx file
4. Reopen the saved file
Current Behavior:
The png and jpg elements are displaced.
Expected Behavior:
The png and jpg elements should not be displaced.
