Moving image up with one key press jumps image to new page below without actual
overlap (
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the bottom image
3. press arrow up twice (older versions once)
Wrap is set to none; also happening with optimal wrap (default)
Actual Results:
Image moves to a second page
Expected Results:
Image moves up on page one
Reproducible: Always
