UI: Image transparency not in image properties dialog
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Click the image
3. Sidebar -> Properties -> Image deck .. there is a transparency setting
However this seems to exclusive for sidebar?
Image -> Properties doesn't have it (only area transparency)
Format -> Image -> Color dialog doesn't have it
Actual Results:
Transparency is exclusive setting
Expected Results:
The sidebar is an addition (as far I understand) so you should be able to work
without
