Description:
"Shrink to fit cell size" does not work properly in format cells. It occurs in
7.2.x.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set "Shrink to fit cell size" for the cell
2. Enter a long string in that cell
Actual Results:
"Shrink to fit cell size" does not work.
Expected Results:
Works fine with 7.1.x.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
