Description:
When giving Libre Calc Cell Allignment/Text Orientation (45 degree, etc) and
when try to 'All Border' after changing text orientation, the Border line give
weird slanted line rather than Vertical and Horizontal line.
Actual Results:
Misalligned Border in Calc as Slanted Line
Expected Results:
Normal Border in Calc as Horizontal and Vertical
