I'm just realizing you're talking about 7.3.0.0.alpha0+, so I suppose you retrieved the packages from LO website. You must know that these are more for distrib maintainers who make all the packages, eg: they deal with all the dependencies. The pb you encounter may be a side effect of a missing dependency or a slight change in API of a lib. 7.3.0.0.alpha0+ is really a dev version which allows some testing. To work on important files, you should stick to LO provided by your distribution.
