Description:
The location of the menu described in the help seems to be different from the
UI.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. See help page.
(https://help.libreoffice.org/7.3/en-US/text/scalc/00/00000404.html)
2. Search "Function List".
Actual Results:
We will find it as "Insert - Function List".
However, there seems to be no corresponding menu there.
Expected Results:
It looks like there is a "Function List" under the "View" menu.
Reproducible: Always
