saved odg file without freeform lines
Libre Office Draw - write error saving document when freeform lines are added
to the drawing in a particular location (see attached files).
This error is reproducible on:
MacOS 12.0.1 (LibreOffice 7.2.2) and
Windows10 (LibreOffice 7.2.1 and 7.2.2)
(not tested on any other versions)
The exact location and shape of the added line(s) is not critical, but it
appears to happen when the line(s) touch or overlap the shape labeled
"transformer."
Deleting the freeform lines allows the drawing to be saved.
Also, when the properties of the freeform lines are modified and I attempt to
save the drawing, sometimes LibreOffice becomes unstable - apparently stuck in
a loop attempting to save the drawing, and can only be stopped by killing the
process with a system command.
Attachments:
LibreOffice_Test_M4.odg (saved drawing without the freeform lines)
LibreOffice_Test_M4.png (screen shot of drawing with the freeform lines)
(I can't figure out how to attach both files - so only the first one is
attached).
