F1 help for MENU>Data>Calculate>Formula to Value is missing
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:
No help available
Expected Results:
Help available - particularly as it obliterates any formulae in "unselected"
cells of the "Target" column when applied to an auto filter sorted "Marquee
Selection" - that's Sorted NOT selected or deselected.
The cells I don't want recalculated are still visible at the bottom of the
list.
Is that a separate bug report or a feature?
Impossible to tell as the help file is missing
