            Bug ID: 145940
Summary: Enhancement req: easier way of proportionally resizing
                    table width
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.2.2.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS
LibreOffice 7.2.3.1

The procedure for resizing the width of a table is maddeningly difficult to
find. Case: I created a full-width, margin-to-margin table in portrait page
orientation. I changed the page to landscape and wanted to widen to again fit
to margins.

Suggestion:
Select all columns in a table (or an entire row), position cursor over any
column vertical boundary and move L or R. Table should resize all columns
proportionately to the new width.
Extra icing:
After commencing to adjust columns, a dialogue pops up asking if you want to
equalise column widths or proportionally change them; also allows you to select
margin to margin by clicking a button, Left and/or Right indents; otherwise
dismiss dialogue and continue to resize manually.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Current method not broken, just user unfriendly.
2.
3.

Expected Results:
