Description:
Restarting LibreOffice to safe-mode with debugger attached triggers to 'stops'
before actually launching
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a terminal & launch LLDB (macOS)
2. Add the path to soffice
3. Press r (run)
4. Help -> Restart in safe-mode
5. Press Restart
6. Debugger stops (expected; r)
7. Debugger stops (unexpected; r again)
8. Debugger stops again (unexpected; r again)
9. Safe-mode opens
Actual Results:
Instead of going to 'safe-mode' at once, two steps are taken. Same happens on
Windows (progress bar going backwards)
Expected Results:
For sake of speed, it would be nice not ending up with to 'attempts' before
actually launching.. But well no clue if this has some valid reason
