Description:
If I try to resize the right-sise panel, it keeps repeating widening/narrowing
the panel a little bit and becomes unresponsive.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click the right-side panel to show it
2. Try to resize it
3.
Actual Results:
Infinite loop.
Expected Results:
Panel gets resized.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
Happens when the system DPI is 175% or above. The attached screen recording was
done on a 4K monitor with 200% DPI.
