I manually change that info to the correct value "11.6.1" because LO is unable to do so. This awkward situation is explained here: https://eclecticlight.co/2020/07/21/big-sur-is-both-10-16-and-11-0-its-official/ So you are running 11.6? You can see that info by clicking on the Apple icon top left > About this mac.
