This is 100% reproducible on my computer, and I am using multiple monitors with different DPI. High-DPI problems keep happening with Libre Office even though 4K monitors have been cheap for years. Please, for god's sake, buy some cheap 4K monitors for the developers and testers so that they could find the high-DPI bugs before releasing the software.
