          Priority: medium
            Bug ID: 61462
          Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: FORMATTING: Entering a hyphen (only) in a cell
                    formatted as text
          Severity: normal
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: All
          Reporter: [email protected]
          Hardware: Other
        Whiteboard: BSA
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
           Version: 4.0.0.3 release
         Component: Spreadsheet
           Product: LibreOffice

Problem description: For several releases to present I have been unable to
enter a hyphen as the only character in a Calc cell even when the cell is
formatted as text unless I exit the cell by pressing "tab".
I am able to enter a hyphen if it is preceded by a space, which, visually,
looks similar but this causes an error to be reported when using a csvcheck to
assertain the validity of data in the spreadsheet.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Format cell(s) as text.
2. Enter a hyphen "-" in any (text) cell.
3. Exit cell by clicking to select any other cell.

Current behavior:
If cell exited other than by pressing "Tab" cell propery will change.

Expected behavior:
Exiting from cell in any manner should leave (text) content, even a solitary
hyphen, unchanged.

Operating System: All
Version: 4.0.0.3 release
