Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 176672
2. Scroll up down (scroll wheel or dragging) or left right (dragging) or zoom
in out with CTRL+scrollwheel
FWIW: didn't check Vulkan (not supported on my system)
Actual Results:
Lagging
Expected Results:
Smooth like 7.0 or GDI
