Whenever I want to enter a value in a cell, calc freezes for about 4 seconds to
then continue.
The same when leaving a cell.
I disabled the autosave feature but that did not help.
I figured that C:\LibreOffice\help\de is being searched for in rapid succession
and not found when entering and leaving a cell. I created an empty folder.
Now this is what soffice.bin does:
