Description:
A shape has user defined sticky points. When the shape is rotated, the points
move towards the center of rotation. Rotating direction is irrelevant.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. draw a shape
2. define a sticky point, preferably on the shape's outline
3. rotate the shape a few times round

Actual Results:
the sticky point moves towards the center of rotation

Expected Results:
the sticky point remains where it was defined
