Description:
Version is 7.2.4.1 which is not in version list below.
Word document containing text with bullet point characters that has,
presumably, been copied/pasted from elsewhere. Bullets appear correctly in
Word but in Writer they show as 3517 (which I assume is the UTF8 code for the
offending character).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached document in Writer
2. Error is immediately visible
3. Compare with how it appears in Word for verification
