Proposed fix at http://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/126540.
Note that we won't be able to FIX already broken documents, but this will
prevent it from happening in the future.
[I suppose that since we know the first 64 columns are hidden, we don't
actually need to display more, so perhaps some work could still be done to FIX
the already broken documents. However, I expect that will be a LOT more complex
and regression-prone.]
