A screenshoot with underlines
Descritpion: The table toolbar not appear when the context change (cursor into
a table).
Steps:
1. Create a table
2. Click into a cell
3. The table toolbar not appear
Expected:
The table toolbar appear at 3
Tests:
- Image toolbar appear when you select an image
- Table toolbar is active (Display > Toolbars)
- MacOS SnowTiger and Windows 7 checked
