Description:
I've tried exporting a file from from Libre Office (docx format) and I can see
it in the Save Dialog Box but not from the Finder. This happens no matter what
kind of PDF export I use.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Using an existing docx file created in LibreOffice, export as a PDF
document.
2. Open the folder from the Finder where the PDF file has been saved to and the
file can't be seen!
Actual Results:
3. Return to LibreOffice and open the folder where the PDF file was saved to
and the file can be seen from the Open Dialog Box but on opening it, the file
is trashed and LibreOffice locks up!
