Tested using several test .doc and .docx I have downloaded for testing purposes... When I open the Applied 'Styles and Formattings', I don't see any other styles then the ones that are applied. Is it possible this is fixed in LibreOffice 4.0? @Paul: can you retest this? If not, can you please attach a test-file to this bug report? If you still can reproduce using LibreOffice 4.0 and I can't reproduce using Linux Mint, I think this is a Windows-only bug.
