UI: Slide panel to small by default (vertical visible) and horizontal scrollbar
masking slide thumbnail
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Impress (safe-mode)
2. Notice the slide-panel being to small (and also showing vertical visible by
default?)
Actual Results:
Horizontal and vertical sidebar visible
Expected Results:
No horizontal sidebar (panel should have default with enough space)
No vertical sidebar until scrollbar being necessary (but can be argued about);
me disliking window resizing a lot (by appearance/disappears of scrollbar)
Reproducible: Always
