The values of the style:list-level attribute are a value of type
positiveInteger or an empty string.

The ·value space· of positiveInteger is the infinite set {1,2,...}. The ·base
type· of positiveInteger is nonNegativeInteger.

Internally, the code is zero based - or nonNegativeInteger.  Thanks for
