Comments that contain hyperlinks in DOCX files obey the width available in the
comment box and are wrapped accordingly (see attached PNG image) when they're
opened with MS Word.
However, if the same DOCX file is opened in LO Writer, the hyperlink uses only
a single line and does not wrap inside the comment box. Hence it is not
possible to see the entire link (no horizontal scrollbar).
I believe the best option here would be to wrap the hyperlink as is done in MS
Word.
