Description:
Starting Libre Office the pop-up window appears the the header of the main
window and then nothing. When I look in task manager there is nothing in there.
When in safe mode it comes up however I still can not open any files to operate
on them. I also can not create a new file. Template throws out the list of
templates, but I can not select any of them.
Steps to Reproduce:

A window of the document to edit should appear.
