Open attached file. It has a graphic style "myBitmapFill" defined, which sets a
bitmap as fill. The style is applied to the two shapes. The shape in normal
mode shows the fill, the shape in extruded mode does not show the fill.
I see the error in Version: 6.4.5.0.0+ (x64)
