The tooltip helps user to understand what this field is, by prepending the referred text with the type of the field. That other suites do not show that helper text is irrelevant, the only question is if this creates problems - and I do not see *what* problem you see here, except for "this car is blue, but I know that other cars may be red" kind. Note that I do not claim that there is no problem - just that you didn't properly describe it. Please do, and reset the status back to unconfirmed.
