Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install BaseDocumenter (see https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/extensions/show/basedocumenter-to-document-your-base-applications) 2. Open an existing odb file (embedded HSQLDB) containing a table, a form 3. Menu BaseDocumenter/New Repository 4.
