Description:
Can select text with mouse, but can't type anything. shortcuts like Ctrl + S
are also broken. Can still save with mouse by clicking save button. This is
happening in arch Linux with KDE plasma. Everything is up to date. 

Steps to Reproduce:
Open a document in Writer and select a text type(e.g. Heading, Subheading 1
etc)

Actual Results:
Can select text with mouse, but can't type anything. shortcuts like Ctrl + S
are also broken. Can still save with mouse by clicking save button

Expected Results:
Text type and changed and keyboard can still be used.
