Description:
After inserting a chart into a spreadsheet the main menu disappears.

I can repeat this often. By the following steps.
Insert chart.
Select chart type => Line -> Lines Only
Select Finish.
Then select any cell outside the area where the chart is displayed.

Then the Main Menu bar disappears/

After this failure, the F10 key shows the "File" menu. Using the Right arrow
key I can get over to the "Insert" menu select and create another Chart; which
RESTORES the main menu. When a third chart is added the main menu again
disappears.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a numeric spreadsheet.
2. Select one line/
3. Select Insert. Select Chart...
4. Select Chart Type Line Lines Only Press Next >

Actual Results:
The chart is shown as expected.
The main menu bar disappears.

Expected Results:
The main menu bar should not disappear.

Reproducible: Always
