In my file, special field appears only on first page.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open my file
2. Try to use the "Chapter" field outside of first page
Actual Results:
It doesn't work
-- I testes it also on 7.2.2.2 on Windows.
Expected Results:
It should work.
