Do you mean a blue line under the 3 black lines inside just the hamburger menu
button, as shown in my attachment 177485?

I think that's the focus indicator for the button from the KDE Breeze style. It
disappears in my case on Debian testing when the focus switches elsewhere, e.g.
when I click somewhere else using my mouse or press the Tab key.
So at least the way it behaves on my system looks OK to me.

Can you please attach a screenshot/screencast in case it behaves differently in
your case? What Linux distro and Qt/KDE/Breeze versions are you using?
