The layout of the template manager (Ctrl+Shift+N) changed with version 7.4 (or
maybe 7.3), which is not reflected in the help for version 7.4.

Particular changes (but maybe not all changes)
1. Tools -> "Manage"
2. Icon for Tools is gone.
3. Position of Manage is different than tools
4. Move and Export are only available as context menu for individual templates
5. Mention that multiple templates can be selected for move/export
6. Import is moved to Manage dropdown menu
7. Extensions Manager is moved to Manage dropdown menu
