It was possible with both version 7.2.5 and 7.4.0.0.alpha to use the Add and Resize button to add "bullets", but no indication of any resize. 1. Click on Add and Resize (on Image tab in Bullets and Numbering dialog) 2. File Picker opens. 3. Select a graphics file. Result: gets added to selection (but you have to look around. It seems to be alphabetic -- but then maybe also sorted by file type). 4. Select the added image. Result: "bullet" is created with this image.
