Description:
When filling the shape hatch, the set transparency value is not exported to
docx. It works for all other types of fill, but not this one.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached file
2. Save as DOCX
3. Reload the file
Actual Results:
Hatch is not filled in
Expected Results:
Hatch should filled in
Reproducible: Always
