Hi,

I disagree to use "États-Unis" because États-Unis may refer to at least two
countries: U.S.A and Mexico :

I changed USA and U.S.A occurrences to "États-Unis d'Amérique" 


EAU -> Émirats arabes unis : OK
Montenegro -> Monténégro : OK
El Salvador -> Salvador : OK
Nigeria -> Nigéria : OK 
Venezuela -> Vénézuéla : OK

"Langue de" : the problem is on the English side (Language Of). 

"Paramètres locaux" translate "Locale setting". The locale contains several
parameters, like language, currency, decimal separator, etc.

Date acceptance patterns are not translatable.
