Appears in other 7.x.x.x. versions too. Probaly in all 7s.
Does not appear in 6.x.x.x.
With Versions 7 in the context menu (right mouse click) the function "update
directory" (singular) was changed to "update directories" (plural). Since then
directory updating in a large document (90 MB, 470 pp) hangs. The document was
created alternately with 6.x.x.x and 7.x.x.x.
Treating the directories in the same document with 6.x.x.x is still OK.
I know that the availability of the document ist essential for you in this
case. There are two problems:
1. the size
2. it is the manuscript of a book not yet published.
How can we proceed?
