Steps how to reproduce [Reproducible] with Server Installation of "LibO
4.0.2.0+ - English UI / German Locale [Build ID:
01f8d0a1dffce854a66c0f957e81e6df6d361a8)]" {tinderbox: @6, pull time
2013-02-26 09:45:35} on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) with newly created
user profile ….\LODev\4\:
1. Open attached "drawtestmulti.odg"
2. Activate Auto Spell check if necessary
> you will see red underlined misspelled words anywhere except in text
in french language "C'est un texte"
3. <control+a> to select all
4. Menu 'Format -> Character -> Font -> Language -> English-US' <ok>
Expected: Now misspelled words recognized in French text, but English ok
Actual: No changes in spell checker results
5. Save under new name, close and reopen will heal that

[Build-ID: 5b93205] {pull date 2013-01-18} on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)
Was still ok with 3.5.7.2, 3.4.5, 3.3.3
This one probably is a DUP of "Bug 60062 - Language change via Format-Cell-Font
is ignored by SPELL check until save-close-reopen": Similar effect, started
probably at same version (currently not tested exactly)
