Set it to "The first 1 row" or disable it and all is OK. Repeating 100 rows on page contradicts with 41, the maximum number of rows possible on that page. Actually OnlyOffice does not render repeated rows. It might in principle not be able to do so, or it has this fallback for the faulty document. I could imagine an enhancement for LibreOffice to ignore this setting, if repeating is not possible with the current page size.
