Position of image with arrows or drag & drop not working
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 177718
2. Select the image on the second page.. press arrow left/right /up down and
look at the response
Actual Results:
Easy moving within the paragraph
Expected Results:
Refuses to work or jumps to odd positions
Reproducible: Always
