stragu <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ever confirmed|0 |1 Status|UNCONFIRMED |NEW --- Comment #14 from stragu <[email protected]> --- (In reply to Timur from comment #11) > stragu, thanks for checking, but please test always with trouble version and > fresh or beter master to compare on the same system. What do you mean by "trouble version"? The earliest version affected according to this bug report is 6.2, which is an unmaintained branch, and the most recent version tested by Telesto in Comment 0 was 7.3, which is the one I picked to test (a currently maintained branch). I think my WFM was a justified call, but I said I'd like someone else to check and I'm happy to do more testing. I realised the two seconds I mentioned was until the scrolling _started_ to respond, but it was still stuttering or stopping for a few more seconds afterwards. Time before I can scroll without stuttering is actually pretty similar between versions: In 7.2.5: about 6 seconds in 7.3.0.2: about 6 seconds In 7.4 alpha0+: about 7 seconds There is a clear delay between when the cell values are updated (emptied or result of formula changed) and when the scrolling is smooth. Version: 7.4.0.0.alpha0+ / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 571438a34ad9aba0d496a89e8345851331740fbd CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded Setting back to NEW. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
