            Bug ID: 147019
Summary: Crashes on startup when running Netbeans 12.6
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.2.5.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: LibreOffice
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
LibreOffice (each Program of it) does not start if I have NetBeans 12.6 before.
Every program of LibreOffice crashes after clicking on the program icon or it
doesn't start at all. I see the cursor "work in background" for about 3
seconds, which then becomes a normal cursor again. Nothing happens, TaskManager
shows not any Activity of an LibreOffice-Program. Safe Mode is running anyway.

If I close Netbeans all LibreOffice programs starts normally.

I use for netbeans jdk-17.0.1. in LibreOffice under "Java options" a Java
runtime environment is enabled by default, but there is no entry under it. I
have tried all possible variations, with and without unchecking and manually
assigning jdk-17.0.1. Only when not running NetBeans in parallel, LibreOffice
goes to start. OS is Windows 10, 64-Bit.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to start any Program of LibreOffice while NetBeans is running.
2. Start any Program of LibreOffice without NetBeans is running

Actual Results:
1. No Program of LibreOffice-Suite starts
2. Any Program of LibreOffice-Suite starts without Problems

Expected Results:
Running LibreOffice while NetBeans is running

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
