Description:
The bullet list icon is disabled and hovering over it produces "No list"
message even when a list of words / short sentences is highlighted.
Very problematic.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on bulleted list icon

nothing happens
Expected Results:
A list of bullet examples was offered prior to latest version
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
This is a fundamental function of any word processing application, so treating
this as urgent would help many users.
