Description:
If there are lots of templates in LibreOffice, we will get very poor
performance, we may need to improve loading performance using cache or
something else like this.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put lots of templates in LibreOffice
2. Restart LibreOffice
3. Open Template Manager
Actual Results:
Poor performance

Load fast
