Description:
Unable to move an image to different spot after certain workflow
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the image with red border
3. Cut it
4. Press Enter above the paragraph, until yellow area is at the bottom of the
first page
5. Put the cursor at the beginning of the first paragraph (He heard)
6. CTRL+V
7. Select the image on (now) the second page & try to drag it or move it with
arrow key's
Actual Results:
Refusing to move

Should be functioning
