Document jumps to page 1 when editing the (shared) header on page 7
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Scroll to bottom
3. Select the Shape in Header
4. Press Delete
5. press Undo (jump to page 1)
6. Scroll to bottom (again)
7. Select the shape
8. CTRL+X
9. CTRL+V (jump to page 1)
Actual Results:
Editing header on in this case last page jumps to page 1
Expected Results:
No jumping (scroll lock)
Reproducible: Always
