Description:
Since the 7.2 update when i press any alt related command the menu overrides
it. For instance, if I press ctr+alt+F for a footnote, the format menu (alt+f)
appears.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Press ctrl+alt+F

Actual Results:
It will activate the Format menu (alt+f)
Expected Results:
A footnote
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
OpenGL enabled: Yes
Additional Info:
I use Linux Mint 20.3, my LO is the "still" ppa version. The problem was
happening all distros (Mx Linux 19.2, Zorin OS 16) in which I was using the 7.2
version (that's why I was using the still version).
