Problem description: 
The extension 'Instant Count' does not work on the 4.0.0.3 release. 
Steps to reproduce:
1. Write text
2.Click 'Tools' and select 'Instant Count'
3. LibreOffice Error dialogue box appears

Current behavior:
The dialogue box says; A Scripting Framework error occurred while running the
Python script
vnd.sun.star.script:wordcount.oxt|wc|wc.py$wordCount?language=Python&location=user:uno_packages.
